We offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation to help determine fit and answer any initial questions. From there, we work with you to create a personalized treatment plan that aligns with your goals.

Current session fees:
Individual Therapy (50 minutes): $210
Couples Therapy (50 minutes): $260

Shorter or longer sessions are offered upon request. Please note that rates are subject to change. Clients will be provided with advance notice of any adjustments.

Question 2

Do you provide insurance receipts? How do I know if I'm covered?

Accepted Answer

A receipt is provided after each session, which can be submitted to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

All practitioners are licensed in Ontario and registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.

Most extended health benefit plans include coverage for psychotherapy services. We recommend contacting your insurance provider directly to confirm your eligibility and level of coverage for services provided by a Registered Psychotherapist.

What is the difference between a Psychotherapist, Social Worker, Psychologist and Psychiatrist?"

Registered Psychotherapist (RP)

Individual therapy sessions are 50 minutes in length. Couples sessions typically range from 50 to 80 minutes, depending on your needs.

We reserve the final few minutes of each session to complete clinical notes, update your file, and prepare any resources or follow-up materials discussed.

We accept e-transfer and all major credit cards.

At this time, we do not offer direct billing to insurance providers. A receipt will be provided after each session for you to submit for reimbursement through your extended health benefits.
